$25 in the form of cash or money order, or online payment along with your completed application. The application fee is per person 18 yrs of age and older on the application.

Application fee is $25.00 per person on the application, ages 18 and older. This should be paid at the time of application and must be in the form of cash or money order.

PLEASE NOTE: This is non-refundable. However, when your application is accepted, your application fee is applied to the Security Deposit.

  • We will run a credit report to show good payment history.
  • No criminal records.
  • No evictions.
  • Gross monthly income to qualify should be 3 times the monthly rent, 4 times for room mates.
  • 2 Most recent pay stubs from your current employer
  • Drivers license or photo ID card

Please provide accurate and complete information on your application, failing to do so could result in a denial of your application. If for some reason your application should be denied, Imperial Tower will not refund the $25 application, and will retain the $25 fee to cover the cost of the credit report. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days to process your rental application.
