$25 in the form of cash or money order, or online payment along with your completed application. The application fee is per person 18 yrs of age and older on the application.

Application fee is $25.00 per person on the application, ages 18 and older. This should be paid at the time of application and must be in the form of cash or money order.
PLEASE NOTE: This is non-refundable. However, when your application is accepted, your application fee is applied to the Security Deposit.
