No criminal records
No evictions
Gross monthly income to qualify should be 3 times the monthly rent
Most recent pay stub from your job
Copy of your drivers license or photo ID card
Apon approval $25 will be credited towards the security deposit. Please provide accurate and complete information on your application, failing to do so could result in a denial of your application. If for some reason your application should be denied, Imperial Tower will not refund $25 back to you, as we will hold the $25 to cover our cost of the credit report. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days to process your rental application.
